This is such an awesome and unique idea

The features that I think are the most excellent are the eyes. I see some 3D quilling creations with 2D eyes (drawn & cut from paper) but you made it more special by quilling the eyes as well. I especialy like the one on the far left with his lazy eyes.

I adore the overalls. I liked the fact you didn't quill the pockets since it would appear rather dodgy.

I think everything is in good proportions and the color scheme looks right. I like your balance of quilled & flat 2D parts.

The presentation of your work is spot on as well. The plain white background allows your minions to stand out and the details of your work easier to observe.

I can't find much to improve on really - I'm actually honest.

If you requested a critique I would have given you 5/5.
I suggest submitting this to the Artisan Crafts/Folding Papercraft/Miscellaneous category as this is where many 3D quilling arts are found. Also, you should submit this to Despicable Me groups & Papercrafts groups on dA because it really does deserve more recognition.
